[IMAGE] The Medical Transcription System provides real time integrated data entry into the Computerized Patient Record for dictated reports such as Physician and Nursing notes, Radiology reports, Pathology reports, etc... The information can be entered using traditional dictation and manual transcription or a voice recognition system can be used to automate the process. Some Radiologists found it very practical to use the voice recognition system to dictate their reports directly into CompuLab.
